Tottenham Hotspur prospect is at a career crossroads.

This season is the biggest of Kyle Walker-Peters’ career.
No player has a bigger range of possible outcomes this season at Tottenham Hotspur as Walker-Peters.
He could solidify a role as Tottenham’s first choice right-back, and save the club millions in the transfer market.
Or if he cannot, he could find himself back on the fringes of the team, waiting for another chance which may never come.
Two years ago Walker-Peters showed a tantalising glimpse of his potential, but Mauricio Pochettino decided he was not ready and signed Serge Aurier.
Now with Kieran Trippier sold, and Aurier not in Pochettino’s plans, the door is open for Walker-Peters to grab his chance.
He has started three games in the league so far, and the jury is still out.
Tottenham’s form as a whole is mixed, and its too early to make a strong statement about him either way.

Walker-Peters needs time, and it is a shame he missed the North London derby with injury as that would have been a huge test for him.
Pochettino selected Davinson Sanchez in his position, showing Walker-Peters’ position is safe for now, but when Juan Foyth returns from injury, the England under-20 World Cup winner will have a fresh challenger.
Walker-Peters needs to make his chance count, because Tottenham can’t afford to do nothing, if the position remains a problem.
Spurs will buy a right-back if they need one, and at that stage, Walker-Peters might not get another look in.
This season is simply huge, and there isn’t a Tottenham player with quite the same wide variance in terms of what may happen to him beyond this campaign.
