Tottenham Hotspur talent began the season as a starter.

Tottenham Hotspur defender Kyle Walker-Peters was pictured laughing and smiling with fellow right-back Serge Aurier in training this week.
But there is nothing funny at all about Walker-Peters’ start to the season.
The England under-20 World Cup winner began this season as Tottenham’s first choice right-back.
With Kieran Trippier sold, this was Walker-Peters’ opportunity to seize his chance.
Last night Walker-Peters’ early season struggle was summed up by his failure to even make the Tottenham bench.
Despite being fit and training in the run up to the game, and Aurier’s red card at the weekend, manager Mauricio Pochettino did not deem him to be required.
Tottenham’s plan, should Aurier be sent off again, would have been to revert Moussa Sissoko to fill in, as he did against Crystal Palace at the weekend.

It does not look too good for Walker-Peters right now, whose last game was against Colchester United last week, a match which did not reflect well on anybody.
But could he have been any worse than Serge Aurier last night? It’s doubtful.
Where does he go from here? Well he just has to be patient, and seize his chance when it comes.
After last night’s result with seven goals against, he might be needed.
