Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers have been linked with Kyle Lafferty for some time.
Kyle Lafferty’s comments about wanting a return to Glasgow Rangers could stand him in good stead, after Pedro Caixinha’s latest transfer update.
Caixinha has confirmed that he is only looking to sign players who are desperate to move to Ibrox this summer.
And, following his release from Norwich City, Lafferty has already confirmed that a switch to the Glasgow side would appeal.

The Northern Ireland international said to Daily Record: “The longer you stay at a club like Rangers the better you adapt and although it didn’t end the way I would have liked, I still have a lot of great memories and I would like to go back and play for Rangers again one day.”
At the moment it is not known whether Lafferty is on Rangers’ transfer wishlist this season, but his comments will almost certainly have intrigued Caixinha.

If the Portuguese boss does want players who are keen to represent the Light Blues, then Lafferty would appear to fit that description.
Lafferty’s last spell with Rangers lasted for four years between 2008 and 2012.
The target man striker made 138 appearances for Rangers in total, and scored 38 goals for the Glasgow side.
