Rangers striker Kyle Lafferty could be heading for the Ibrox exit door this summer.

Rangers outcast Kyle Lafferty should have no complains if the club push on for a deal to sell him this summer, as a Thai Super League team express their interest in the player.
The Daily Record have claimed that Buriram United have opened talks to sign the Rangers 31-year-old, as he edges closer to an exit.
Lafferty joined Rangers last summer when he made the switch from fellow Scottish Premiership side Hearts, with Steven Gerrard calling his capture a ‘no risk’ signing, as quoted by BBC Sport.
Well that ‘no risk’ signing has been a flop for Rangers, as Lafferty’s second spell at the club just hasn’t worked out for him from the get-go.
On paper, it looked like a smart purchase by Gerrard because he signed an experienced player, who was keen to move to the club and showcase his talent.

But following his brace away at Motherwell in his first league game back as a Rangers player, he struggled to stamp his authority on the team and, at times, found himself playing out of position.
Lafferty only scored four league goals for Gerrard last season, with star striker Alfredo Morelos, when not suspended, producing the goods before Jermain Defoe’s arrival in January further dethroned Lafferty from the striker pecking order.
With Lafferty’s departure looking likely, it will remain to be seen whether Gerrard will be looking to bring in more attacking talent ahead of the new campaign.
The Gers have already been busy this summer, with the likes of Jordan Jones and Sheyi Ojo joining the club as Gerrard aims to win his first piece of silverware in Scotland.
