Kyle Lafferty says signing for Rangers has changed his approach.

Glasgow Rangers striker Kyle Lafferty says he is stunned at how professional the new Rangers setup is.
Lafferty signed for Steven Gerrard’s Ranger in late August from league leaders Hearts.
The 31-year-old says Gerrard’s staff are so meticulous off the field that it is helping him reap the benefits on it.
Speaking to Herald Scotland, Lafferty says his diet has changed for the better.
He said: “They are looking at everything you eat and drink which is new to me because I have always been able to eat and drink whatever I wanted.
“Here it is properly professional now.”

“I came here, was put on a different regime and I feel so much fitter. I feel probably the fittest I have felt in five or six years.
“I have got my body fat down and I have lost four or five kilos. I feel fresh and I feel fitter.”
Lafferty taking his off pitch regime seriously will help his career longevity.
Rangers are looking to protect their investment by ensuring Lafferty is the best he can possibly be.
The Northern Ireland striker is under contract until 2020 and a strong first season for Gerrard’s side could see him earn an extension next summer.
