Kyle Lafferty was among Celtic’s tormentors on Sunday.

Kyle Lafferty has told The Scottish Sun that it took him only five minutes to realise Celtic weren’t at the races on Sunday.
Hearts ended Celtic’s 69-game unbeaten run with a ruthless 4-0 victory over Brendan Rodgers’s all-conquering side.
Lafferty played a big role in the victory, constantly a threat for the likes of Dedryck Boyata, and fired home the Jambos’ second of the afternoon.

By virtue of Celtic’s dominance in the Scottish game since Rodgers arrived in May 2016, you could forgive the hosts if they were pessimistic about their chances heading into the game.
But the Northern Irish hitman claims that he knew almost immediately that the Hoops – who had dropped 10 points prior to their trip to Tynecastle – were vulnerable at the weekend.
“I sensed in the first five minutes that Celtic weren’t up for the game,” he told The Scottish Sun.

“We have played at Tynecastle on colder nights and managed to grind out results and we knew we needed that kind of performance as it was always going to be hard for us.”
Fortunately for Celtic, they’re already back in action for the visit of Partick Thistle tomorrow night and you worry for the away side.
It’s not impossible to wonder whether the Bhoys will be annoyed at losing their phenomenal unbeaten record and might just take it out on Partick, who sit bottom of the Premiership.
