Everton have signed defender Kurt Zouma, and he could go straight into their starting line-up this weekend.

Everton have brought in Zouma on loan for the rest of the season from Chelsea, and he trained with the Toffees for the first time earlier this week.
The French centre-back is still looking to adapt to his new surroundings and adjust to life at Goodison Park, but he has already been impressed by Silva’s methods.
He said: “Training has been good. The manager wants us to play he’s really close to the players. I’m really looking forward to the season.”
Zouma could be thrown in at the deep end for Everton, as Silva’s side are short of defensive options.
The Toffees saw Phil Jagielka sent off in their first game of the season against Wolverhampton Wanderers, which means he will be suspended for this weekend’s match.

Zouma and Yerry Mina will both be pushing for places in Everton’s line-up for their match against Southampton.
Everton drew their first match of the season 2-2, and will need to tighten up defensively if they are to meet expectations this season.
