Kun Temenuzhkov was Leeds United Under-23s best player on Saturday.

Kun Temenuzhkov ripped it up for Leeds United’s Under-23 side on Saturday.
Carlos Corberan’s men edged out Scarborough Athletic 3-2 at the Flamingo Land Stadium yesterday afternoon.
And it was the Leeds teenager who posted a Man-of-the-Match performance by scoring twice.
The 19-year-old, who was at Barcelona’s famed La Masia academy prior to signing for the Whites in 2017, made it 2-0 on the 40-minute mark, before scoring what proved to be the winning goal on 56 minutes.
They were two well-taken goals for the Bulgarian striker, who also set up Jordan Stevens’s opener, and here’s how fans of the Elland Road club responded to Temenuzhkov’s post-match tweet.
It was a good time for the youngster to have a stand-out performance because it looks like Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa will need a new hitman very soon.
Speculation is rife that Kemar Roofe is off to Belgium and with less than a week to go before the transfer window shuts in the Championship, it remains to be seen if United can sign a replacement.
That being said, the youngster has played barely any senior football under Bielsa, so relying on him to replace Roofe would be a monumental gamble.
