The Leeds United teenager looks set for a future role in the first-team.

When Leeds United signed former Barcelona wonder-kid Kun Temenuzhkov back in the summer, it was hailed by some as Victor Orta’s most impressive transfer to date, with the Whites’ director of football securing a move for one of Europe’s most talented teenagers.
At just 17, it was always going to take time for the Bulgarian to settle in England, and longer for him to push for a first-team spot. But his performances for Leeds’ under-23s suggest he is heading in the right direction.

Temenuzhkov’s latest goal came in the form of a late equaliser for Leeds’ second string against Bolton Wanderers on Monday and the exciting forward will be hoping to continue his momentum heading into 2018.
Known as the Bulgarian Bomber during his time in Spain for his speed and style of play, the new Leeds player showed against Bolton that he can hack it on a cold afternoon against resilient opponents, fighting until the very last whistle for a share of the spoils.

That bodes well for his long-term future at Elland Road and it will be interesting to see how long it is before Leeds manager Thomas Christiansen gives him a shot.
It is always a risk throwing a teenager into the first-team fold yet, in the case of Temenuzhkov, Leeds have the real deal.
