West Ham United are said to have narrowed their search down, as they look for a striker.

Krzysztof Piatek could be the pick of the bunch, as West Ham United narrow down their search for a new striker.

The Daily Mail claim that Bournemouth’s Callum Wilson is West Ham’s first choice target, but he remains an expensive option.

West Ham are now said to be looking at Piatek, Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud, and the former would surely be the best choice out of that trio.

Morata has shown during his time in England that he struggles with the physicality of the Premier League, while Giroud is reaching the twilight of his career.

Piatek, on the other hand, has been on fire in Serie A and he looks to have room to improve.

The 23-year-old forward has scored 13 goals in 19 matches this term, and he has become one of the most sought after strikers in Europe.

If West Ham could bring in the rangy forward then the transfer would seriously raise eye brows and prove their intent.

And Piatek would surely be a better addition than either of the Chelsea attackers, who West Ham are reportedly considering.
