‘Kroenke’s out’: Some Arsenal fans react to great news for West Ham

Arsenal fans have reacted on Twitter to West Ham being granted permission to expand the London Stadium.

West Ham shared that they can increase their capacity to 62,500 and it will mean they will have the biggest ground in London, according to Sky Sports.

It means that they will be ahead of the likes of Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea on that list – added with the other London clubs in the Premier League, Crystal Palace and Brentford.

The Arsenal faithful have shared a mixed reaction to this news, with things looking on the up for the East London club.

Perhaps the Gunners want to expand their own stadium because those around them are seemingly growing, both on and off the pitch, whilst they are standing still.

At the end of the day, this isn’t going to put trophies in West Ham’s cabinet.

But, it’s not Arsenal who are in Europe, but those in East London and those in East London only.

And it has been a long, long time since that has been said.

It just goes to show how far David Moyes has taken and is taking the Hammers.

But equally, it also goes to show how far the North London outfit have fallen that they don’t even have European football to play – the first time that’s happened in 25 years.
