Leeds United forward Rodrigo has praised his teammate and goalkeeper Kristoffer Klaesson on Instagram for his performance against Wolverhampton Wanderers away from home at Molineux Stadium on Friday evening.
Jesse Marsch’s Leeds came from two goals down to get the better of Wolves 3-2 in the Premier League.
Klaesson started the match on the bench, but the Norwegian goalkeeper was called into action in the second half after Illan Meslier got injured.
The 21-year-old did not disappoint and made some important saves towards the end of the game, impressing Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher in the process.
Klaesson has taken to Instagram to express his delight at playing for Leeds against Wolves, and his teammate and Spain international forward Rodrigo has praised him.

In our opinion, Klaesson showed against Wolves that he can step up for Leeds when he needs to.
Meslier is the clear first-choice goalkeeper at Leeds, but Klaesson showed yesterday that he can push him.
Now, of course, one good game that does not mean that Klaesson will now retain his place in the Leeds starting lineup.
Meslier will be back in the team as soon as he is fit.
But, in our view, Marsch will know that he need not worry about the goalkeeping situation.
