Rangers striker Morelos was used as only as a substitute against Celtic.

Former Celtic playmaker Kris Commons has claimed in his Daily Mail column that Rangers should cash in on Alfredo Morelos this summer in order to bring in some much-needed spending money.
The 21-year-old remains the Gers’ top scorer this season after finding the back of the net 18 times, as well as laying on an impressive seven assists in his first season at Ibrox.
The Colombia youth international was the subject of multiple bids from the Chinese Super League in the January transfer window, but Rangers decided to turn them down with The Scottish Sun claiming an £11million offer was prepared.

But Morelos’ form has somewhat dwindled since the offers were thrown out, and Sky Sports pundit Commons believes the Gers should look to sell the former HJK Helsinki striker this summer if they receive a bid of the same magnitude.
“They need a significant amount of investment – and I am talking £60 million or £70 million – to make a real difference,” Commons said.
“In Alfredo Morelos, they have young striker who is hot and cold – and whose head perhaps hasn’t been right since January. They might need to sell him to raise funds anyway. To say Rangers have to build from the ground up is an understatement.”

A Pedro Caixinha signing, Morelos joined Rangers expected to be back-up to expensive signing Eduardo Herrera, but the nine-time Mexico international has played in just two cup games in 2018.
With three league games to play, Rangers now have a fight on their hands to earn second spot as Aberdeen currently sit in second following their 2-0 win over Hearts at Pittodrie.
They sit three points behind the Dons in third, but will look to put that right against Kilmarnock on Saturday at Ibrox before going up against Aberdeen next Tuesday. The Gers finish the season against Hibernian on May 13.
