Celtic’s Tom Rogic rarely plays the full 90 minutes.

Kris Commons has told The Glasgow Evening Times that he would like to see Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers start using Tom Rogic for the full 90 minutes in matches.
The Australia midfielder was outstanding in Sunday’s 5-0 thrashing of Rangers, and was replaced by Scott Sinclair after 67 minutes.
Likewise, the 25-year-old only lasted an hour in the 4-0 Scottish Cup win over the Gers last month.
He rarely lasts the full 90 minutes and Commons reveals that fellow Sky Sports pundit Kris Boyd too was curious over Rodgers’s repeated refusal to give him an entire match.
However, the 34-year-old, who spent six years at Parkhead, believes it is not a fitness issue and claims it is how Rodgers keeps his fringe players happy.

“I’d like to see him stay on the pitch for 90 minutes,” he told The GET. “He’s not unfit. When he came back from inter-nationals in Australia or the Far East I could understand it as those flights must be a real burden on his body. But in Sunday’s Old Firm game I’d like to see him on the pitch for 90 minutes.
“Kris Boyd in the studio asked me if it was a fitness thing, but it’s not. He’s a fit boy and there is no question he can last 90 minutes, but when you’ve got Scott Sinclair, Patrick Roberts and Leigh Griffiths on the bench how do you keep everyone happy? as you’ve got to give them some minutes.”
Rogic, who earns around £15,000 per week in Glasgow [Daily Star], is out of contract with Celtic next summer and Rodgers could and should be braced for a flurry of interest in his star midfielder.
The former Central Coast Marriners star, who joined the Hoops in 2013, has scored in each of Celtic’s last three Old Firm wins, and impressing on that kind of stage time and again is bound to attract interest.
