Rodgers has been linked with the Arsenal job after two excellent seasons at Celtic.

Former Celtic star Kris Commons has told PLZ Soccer that he expects Brendan Rodgers to remain as Hoops manager despite rumours suggesting he could be a contender for the Arsenal job.
Arsenal confirmed earlier this week that Arsene Wenger will step down at the end of the season, and Rodgers has been touted as a possible successor after two excellent seasons north of the border.
Former Liverpool boss Rodgers is closing in on a second successive treble, as the Bhoys sit 10 points clear at the top of the league and face Motherwell in the Scottish Cup final with the League cup already in the bag.

Commons responded by saying he expects the Northern Irish manager to remain in Glasgow beyond the end of the season, stating he has unfinished business in European competition.
“I still think he has unfinished business [at Celtic],” Commons said. “Certainly in Europe. I think it is very, very difficult to try and hit the ground running so early in the season to actually get in there but he’s managed to achieve that over the last two years.
“In the group stages there is unfinished business. He’s shown glimpses, against Manchester City at Celtic Park and the Bayern Munich game. But there was a lot of games with question marks over.
“If he is to leave, Rodgers has got to leave a legacy of doing something significant in Europe.”

Rodgers finished fourth in 2016-17’s Group C behind Barcelona, Borussia Monchengladbach and City, but qualified for the Europa League this season in Group B ahead of Anderlecht but behind Bayern and Paris Saint-Germain.
However, the Hoops were knocked out by Zenit St. Petersburg in the round of 32 despite winning the first leg 1-0. The Hoops are expected to qualify for the Champions League again next season, and Rodgers will want improvement.
Rodgers is just one of a number of names linked with the Arsenal job, including Atletico Madrid’s Diego Simeone, former Barcelona manager Luis Enrique and ex-Borussia Dortmund boss Thomas Tuchel. Rodgers has a contract at Celtic until 2020.
