How did Ibrahima Konate play?

Konate was very good at the back for Liverpool and helped the Reds keep a clean sheet.

However, the defender grew into the game, especially in the second half.

The Liverpool defender had a pass accuracy of 87.3%, won two headers, took 65 touches, and made three tackles, one interception and three clearances.

It was a very encouraging debut from Konate, and fans will be pleased with him.

The youngster will now hope to kick on and establish himself as a key player in the team.

Konate is only 22, and there is potential and room for the central defender to grow and develop as a footballer.
