Southampton beat Everton easily on Sunday.

Everton’s painful season continued at the weekend as they were stuffed 4-1 away at Southampton.
It was a much needed win for the Saints, who have struggled to score goals this season, to net four in one game was a big surprise.
It was even better to do it against Everton, a club which took former manager Ronald Koeman away from them in 2015.
Koeman’s time at Everton began brightly but ended in disaster earlier this season and he was fired last month.

Everton have since failed to appoint a new manager, and appear listless under caretaker boss David Unsworth.
The Toffees have slumped to 16th in the table, just two points above the relegation zone.
Southampton are four points better off, in 10th place, and hope to build some positive momentum from a statement victory.
The only disappointment for Saints fans was that Ronald Koeman was not still in charge of Everton for the loss, but they are convinced he is largely responsible for the Toffees recent demise.
