Leeds fans have taken to Twitter to react to footage of Illan Meslier from the 1-0 win over Everton on Saturday.
The clip in question shows the 20-year-old racing off his line to slide in and grab the ball before Richarlison can get a toe on it, sending the Brazilian flying towards the stands in the process.
The footage almost appears to be sped up, which emphasises just how quickly the Frenchman flew off his line to deny Everton’s No.7.
It was a risky dive, as any contact with the ex-Watford forward before touching the ball would’ve surely resulted in a penalty.
However, Meslier – who Marcelo Bielsa signed permanently for £5 million in the summer – dealt with the threat superbly.

It wasn’t the only impressive act from the Lorient-born shot-stopper at Goodison Park.
Meslier also got down superbly to deny Abdoulaye Doucoure in the first-half, denying his fellow Frenchman from just a matter of yards out.
In total, SofaScore shows that the young glovesman made an eye-catching eight saves against the Toffees, with five of those coming from shots inside the box.

His distribution was also excellent, as he completed 18/22 passes.
Let’s see what the Leeds fans have been saying about the footage…
