Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has praised Tottenham Hotspur for their performance against Erik ten Hag’s Manchester United at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and has noted the problems that Chelsea are also having under boss Frank Lampard at the moment.
Klopp has said that Tottenham were “exceptional”, as Ryan Mason’s side came from two goals down to play out a 2-2 draw with Manchester United in London in the Premier League on Thursday evening.
United were 2-0 up after 44 minutes.
But Spurs launched a second-half comeback and salvaged a point under interim manager Mason.
And Klopp was impressed, as you can from his comments this morning.
The Liverpool boss has also noted the problems that Chelsea are having this season.
Lampard has lost all of his games in charge of Chelsea so far in his interim role at the moment.
The former England international midfielder replaced Graham Potter following the sacking of the latter.
Potter had replaced Thomas Tuchel as the Chelsea manager earlier in the season.

Liverpool will take on Tottenham at Anfield in the Premier League on Sunday.
Just like Chelsea this season, Liverpool have also struggled and are unlikely to finish in the UEFA CHampions League places in the Premier League table this campaign.
