Liverpool should be in the race to sign Ismaila Sarr.

Liverpool have made a dream start to the season, winning all six of their Premier League games whilst even beating Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
The Reds are living up to their billing as a potential title challenger this season, but manager Jurgen Klopp may be keen on adding more talent in January to really strengthen his bid for top spot.
Liverpool spent big on Virgil van Dijk in January of this year, meaning they aren’t averse to major mid-season signings, and another should be on his radar for the transfer window re-opening.
Xherdan Shaqiri’s substitution against Southampton was a minor concern, but adding another speedy winger to offer cover for Sadio Mane would be key, given that the pace going forward is so vital to Liverpool’s success.
Adding more pace for the bench would make Liverpool even more dangerous, and The Sun reported over the summer that Liverpool were interested in snapping up Rennes winger Ismaila Sarr after he showed promise for Senegal at the World Cup this summer.
Sarr, 20, has blistering pace and has earned comparisons to Mane and even Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembele, a former Rennes winger who Sarr has basically replaced.

An international teammate of Mane and both formerly of Metz, there are real parallels between the two, and Klopp would be able to develop Sarr for the future, whilst being able to unleash more pace from the bench when needed.
The Mirror claim that Arsenal are interested in Sarr for around £20million, but Liverpool should be looking to firm up their interest in the speedster in a bid to reunite him with Mane.
