Liverpool face Leicester City on Wednesday evening in the Carabao Cup as the Reds try to triumph in the League cup for the first time since 2012.
This competition hasn’t been too kind to the Anfield outfit in recent years, and they don’t have the easiest draw here.
Indeed, Leicester will be keen to add even more silverware to their recent hauls, while Liverpool are still fighting on other fronts, so will likely want to rotate here.
With that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting the Reds’ starting XI for this one.

We think that Jurgen Klopp will make a massive eight changes for this game.
Caoimhin Kelleher comes in between the sticks, while two new full-backs come in.
Interestingly, we don’t think the centre-back pairing we saw between Ibrahima Konate and Joel Matip at the weekend will change here. Virgil van Dijk is still out with covid, and this represents a great chance for Konate and Matip to build more of an understanding between one another.
Tyler Morton keeps his place in midfield after a below-par showing against Spurs, while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain comes in alongside Naby Keita.
Kaide Gordon gets a start, while Roberto Firmino and Takumi Minamino make up the front three.
