Liverpool are back in Champions League action on Wednesday evening, and they’re set to play something of a dead rubber against Porto.
Indeed, the Reds have already secured top spot in their group after winning their first four matches in this competition, so the result against Porto really doesn’t matter.
However, winning any game in the Champions League is worth big money, so while Jurgen Klopp may be set to rotate here, we’d be surprised if he put out a completely second-string XI.
With that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting Liverpool’s starting XI for this one.

We think Klopp will look to strike a balance between strength and rotation here.
Liverpool v Porto – changes at the back
We’re predicting five changes, with most of those coming at the back.
Indeed, while Alisson Becker keeps his place in goal, three of the back four are changes as Neco Williams, Ibrahima Konate and Nat Phillips come in alongside Kostas Tsimikas, who retains his place due to Andy Robertson not quite being 100 per cent yet.
The midfield has a similar look to the one that started against Arsenal. However, we think Klopp may opt to rest Thiago Alcantara and bring in Tyler Morton. The teenager impressed off the bench against Arsenal at the weekend and Klopp did speak glowingly about him in his pre-match press conference.
Sadio Mane and Diogo Jota keep their places in this team, but Mo Salah is given a well-earned break as Takumi Minamino comes into the side on the right-wing.
