Speaking to NFL Network moments after the final whistle, Klint Kubiak reflected on the win while hinting at an imminent transition.

“Yeah! That’s up to God, and we’re just gonna we’re gonna enjoy tonight. You guys know I’m going to Las Vegas. I’m fired up about it. But tonight, for one more night,” the Seahawks OC said.

The comments immediately drew attention because they acknowledged what had already been widely expected. Kubiak is set to become the new head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, bringing his Super Bowl-winning credibility with him.

Rather than deflecting the question, Kubiak leaned into the reality of the situation. He made it clear that while his focus remained on celebrating with the Seahawks, his next chapter was already in motion.

The conversation turned more direct as Kubiak was pressed further on his future, with the coach offering unmistakable confirmation of his next step.

“Hell yeah, I’m going, of course. I’m going. Yeah, just confirmed it right here,” Kubiak added.

The remarks removed any remaining doubt about his departure from Seattle. After helping guide the Seahawks to a Super Bowl title, Kubiak is now preparing to take over a Raiders franchise looking for stability and identity.

The Raiders are handing him the keys at a time when the team is searching for long-term direction, while Kubiak arrives with momentum built from championship success.

For Seattle, the timing is bittersweet. The Seahawks secured Super Bowl glory, but the victory also marked the end of Kubiak’s tenure with the organization.
