Tottenham Hotspur have snapped up striker Kion Etete.

Tottenham Hotspur fans are hoping for big additions this summer, but their first addition of the transfer window flew somewhat under the radar.
Spurs should be looking for a striker to support Harry Kane in the final third, especially with Fernando Llorente, but for now, they’ve brought in a striker for their Under-18’s.
Whilst Spurs were confirming the exit of veteran goalkeeper Michel Vorm, they sneaked in the confirmation that Notts County triker Kion Etete has joined the club.
The 17-year-old Etete has been coming up through the ranks at Notts County, but he has been linked with Spurs for much of 2019.
Etete went on trial with Spurs back in March, featuring in an Under-18 game against West Ham United and scoring twice in a dream debut for Tottenham.

Etete recently returned to Spurs, heading off to the Terborg Tournament last weekend whilst the Tottenham first team were in Champions League action, and it seems that Spurs have seen enough to finally secure a deal – three months after many expected a move to be agreed.
Tottenham confirmed that Etete is heading into their Academy, and the teenager took to Twitter after completing his move, thanking fans for their messages and admitting he can’t wait to get started and work hard with his new club.
