Young emerged on the radar of clubs higher up the football pyramid after impressing on loan at Farnborough last season where the speedy winger finished the season with 10 goals and seven assists after joining the Hampshire club on loan in October.
The likes of Barnsley and Colchester have been credited with an interest in Young, but Kilmarnock have moved to lure the attacker to Rugby Park.
The 20-year-old is a free agent this summer after turning down a new deal at Woking and with the player set to move to Scotland it means Woking will receive no compensation for Young.
