Kieran Tierney is clearly still delighted to be at Celtic, despite speculation over the summer.

Back in May, Celtic fans might have been worried about losing a number of players.
After all, Brendan Rodgers’s side had just won a second successive domestic treble and several key Celtic players were behind the success.
Keeping Kieran Tierney from the clutches of Everton and Tottenham would have represented a big achievement, given that the 21-year-old had another brilliant season for the Hoops.
And sure enough, speculation did follow. In June, The Telegraph reported that Everton were set to make a £25 million offer, while The Scottish Sun previously claimed that Spurs would move.
But going by the youngster’s latest comments, he only ever had eyes for Celtic.
Tierney, who began his career at Parkhead, told The Record: “There was obviously a lot of talk at the start of the transfer window during pre-season, more than before, but for me it’s just about switching off and focusing on Celtic.
“For me, it’s about focusing 100 per cent on Celtic. I know I give 100 per cent every single day. The money being spoken about and what you can earn in England is life-changing. It’s crazy, isn’t it?Absolutely crazy.
“However, the money I am on, for someone at my age, is more than I ever thought I’d earn. My life has changed because of Celtic. I have them to thank for everything. I have given them everything, really all my life, and it’s paid off so far. I have enjoyed it.

“At the start of pre-season, that was when people were coming up and asking me what was going to happen. It has died down, nobody is talking about it so much now. But if a supporter asks me it doesn’t bother me. I’ll tell them the truth. And that is I’m 100 per cent committed to Celtic. That’s how it stands.”
Considering Dedryck Boyata is seemingly angling to leave Celtic, it must be a breath of fresh air for fans to hear the commitment expressed by Tierney here.
Speculation will follow in January, and then next summer, but based on these comments the big-spending sides down South will have to offer a bit more than just money to prise him away from Glasgow.
