Sheffield Wednesday won against Leeds United at the Hillsborough Stadium in the Championship at the weekend.

Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Kevin Watson has expressed his admiration of Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Kieran Lee’s goal against Leeds United at the weekend on social networking site Twitter.
Lee scored for Wednesday in the Championship game against Leeds at the Hillsborough Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The 29-year-old former Manchester United and Oldham Athletic central midfielder found the net in the 82nd minute with a wonderful strike from 30 yards.
Former Tottenham and Reading midfielder Watson was following the match, and he was impressed with Lee’s strike.
The 43-year-old, who is now the manager of Bishop’s Stortford, also played for Swindon Town and Rotherham United.


Wednesday deservedly picked up all three points from the match against Leeds, and the Hillsborough Stadium faithful will now hope that the team can now put together a run of positive results.
Carlos Carvalhal’s side are 12th in the Championship table at the moment with 16 points from 11 matches, four points behind sixth-placed Preston North End.
