Wolverhampton Wanderers youngster Ryan Giles seems to be rated highly by Kevin Thelwell.

Giles is one of the best young players at Wolves and has won Academy Player of the Season award.
The 18-year-old winger enjoyed a brief and successful loan spell at AFC Telford United this season, scoring two goals and providing seven assists, according to The Express & Star.

Wolves sporting director Thelwell has praised Giles and has pointed out what is different from other players – he is a natural left-footed winger.
Thelwell told The Express & Star: “Ryan is a very exciting talent. He is a natural left-footer and there are not many of those about. He has got the ability to get you off your seat.”

First-team breakthrough
Giles is very young and is still developing as a footballer, and it could be a couple of years before he is given a proper look in the Wolves first team.
However, with the demands and rigorous nature of the Premier League, manager Nuno could well decide to give the youngster chances in the cup games next season.
What is important for Giles is that he continues to work hard, maybe go out on loan to clubs in the lower divisions and get as much competitive playing time as possible.
