Liverpool youngster Kevin Stewart has told the club’s official website that manager Jurgen Klopp insists they must be fluid in their positioning.
The Reds have made a strong start to the season, picking up 13 points from their first six games of the season.
A clear aspect of their performances has been the fluidity of their play, with players often finding themselves far out of their ‘assigned’ positions.

Indeed, this style was something Klopp was keen to demonstrate during his recent appearance on Sky Sports Monday Night Football.
On the show, he insisted he does not care what areas of the pitch players find themselves in and Stewart says this is a message he passes onto the players.
“The manager emphasises that he doesn’t want just one player in a position all the time. So while I’m a more defensive player, I’ll go a bit higher up the pitch if needs be,” he told the club’s official website.

Speaking on his own development, Stewart is confident it is just a matter of time before he is starring regularly in the side.
The 23-year-old made 11 appearances across last season and has already got five under his belt in this campaign.
He faces a struggle to get into the first team at present, with Jurgen Klopp enjoying a number of options in midfield this season.
Stewart is not down about his prospects, though, saying things are looking good for him moving forward.
“I’ll always believe I can make it. It’s just a matter of [giving it] time,” he added.
“There are top players here at Liverpool, international players. I just try to get better every day, competing with them but working together at the same time. So things are looking good.”
