The West Ham United manager is highly regarded within the game.

Ex-West Ham skipper Kevin Nolan sat down for an exclusive interview with the club’s official website, and shared what Mark Noble has told him recently about Manuel Pellegrini.
The Chilean took over as Hammers boss in the summer of 2018, and guided his side to a 10th placed finish in the Premier League table last season.
West Ham fans expect more from their side, however, and after the signing of Pablo Fornals from Villarreal, they will fancy they chances of securing a top seven finish next season.
Pellegrini will have to spend big though, if he is to guide the Hammers to a European spot during the upcoming campaign.
Nolan spoke during an exclusive interview with the club’s official website, and opened up on a conversation he shared with current West Ham skipper Mark Noble about Pellegrini:

“I’ve been speaking to Nobes [Mark Noble] about Pellegrini and he says he’s always talking about being a big club and not being frightened and being able to play on the big stage.”
West Ham certainly need another top class striker, if they are to compete with the big boys next season.
Having said that, however, they proved last season that they are more than capable of mixing it with the Premier League’s elite sides, beating Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham, and drawing with Chelsea and Liverpool.
And it will be comforting for Hammers fans to read how Pellegrini tries to instil a winning mentality into his troops.
