Kevin Nolan played for West Ham United between 2011 and 2015.

Kevin Nolan has told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast Show, which was broadcast on TalkSPORT on 28th October, that West Ham United defender Aaron Cresswell has become a massive player for Slaven Bilic’s side.
Cresswell was out injured for much of the start of the season, and West Ham struggled to cope without the left-back.
The Hammers won just one of their first seven Premier League matches to leave them down in the bottom half of the table.

However, Cresswell’s return has coincided with a massive improvement in the Hammers’ form.
Bilic’s side have won their last three matches in all competitions, and their latest outing was a 2-1 victory against Chelsea in the EFL Cup.
Cresswell started against Chelsea as a left-wing back, and his display caught the eye of Nolan.

“Cresswell is a massive player for them,” Nolan, who played for West Ham between 2011 and 2015, said. “To play 90 minutes on Wednesday, when he hasn’t done much game time, just shows the great lengths the medical staff go through to get the boys back. He was ready to play, and he did really well.
“I’m delighted that it’s turned for them. He’s a great guy, Slaven. He does all the right things.”
West Ham are next in action on Sunday, when they take on Everton at Goodison Park.
