The West Ham United goalkeeper endured another difficult afternoon in the defeat to Watford.

Former Everton player Kevin Kilbane has criticised West Ham United goalkeeper Joe Hart for his part in Watford’s second goal at Vicarage Road yesterday.
West Ham fell to a 2-0 defeat away to Watford in David Moyes’ first game in charge, with Will Hughes opening the scoring for the hosts before Richarlison doubled their tally in the second half.
Kilbane felt that Hart should have kept out the Brazilian’s effort.
Kilbane told BBC Radio 5 Live: “Winston Reid over-compensated. He thought Richarlison wanted to come back on to his right foot, and gave Richarlison too much space to shoot with his left.
“I think Joe Hart should be doing better there. He got two hands behind it.”

Although he is still capable of making impressive stops, Hart has been vulnerable this season, with West Ham conceding 25 goals in the Premier League, more than any other team in the division.
Hart is often slow to react when facing shots and, rather bizarrely, elects to not dive at all on some occasions.

Currently on loan from Manchester City, where he appears to have no long-term future, it has been a difficult time for Hart of late, who also had a challenging temporary spell with Torino last campaign.
Hart has kept just three clean sheets in 12 Premier League appearances this season and, although West Ham’s defence must take some of the blame, the 30-year-old must be frustrated with his recent displays.
