Kevin Durant had a message for James Harden after he reached 10th place on the NBA’s all-time scoring list.

James Harden is one of the greatest scorers in the history of the NBA, putting up some excellent numbers across his career.

And last night, he made history, as he surpassed Carmelo Anthony to take 10th place on the NBA’s all-time scoring list.

Kevin Durant congratulates James Harden, The Beard shouts out him and LeBron James

Kevin Durant took to Instagram Stories to congratulate James Harden on taking 10th place on the NBA’s all-time scoring list.

“Legendary, James Harden,” wrote Durant in the caption of his Instagram Stories.

James Harden noticed this shoutout from Durant, and acknowledged both him and LeBron James as the only other active players among the top-10.

“Aye, Kevin Durant, tell LeBron James we on the way up the list. Y’all two different.”

Which other active player can crack the top-10 all-time scoring list?

Currently, there are three active players in the NBA who are among the top-10 scorers of all time – LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and now James Harden.

The only other active players in the top 25 are Russell Westbrook (17th), Stephen Curry (22nd), and DeMar DeRozan (24th).

Westbrook is the closest to the top-10, but it’s unlikely he will have the chance to score enough points to catch up, given that he is now a role player in the NBA.

Stephen Curry can never be ruled out from doing the impossible, even if that means scoring 3,000+ points between now and the end of his career.
