Everton pair Williams and Dowell are currently on loan at Barnsley and Nottingham Forest respectively.

Kevin Campbell wants to see Joe Williams and Kieran Dowell back at Everton next season.
The Everton youngsters are currently loaned out to Barnsley (Williams) and Nottingham Forest (Dowell), and have each appeared regularly in the Championship this season.

Defensive midfielder Williams has only missed five league games for Barnsley – four of which were through suspension – while playmaker Dowell has scored nine goals and made another four in 37 second tier outings.

And after the Liverpool Echo published an article assessing the prospects of Everton’s 15 loan exiles, Campbell singled out the pair on Twitter.
“Joe Williams deserves a chance as does Keiran Dowell,” wrote the former Toffees striker.
As well as Williams and Dowell, Everton have loaned Muhamed Besic (Middlesbrough), Matthew Pennington (Leeds United), Brendan Galloway, Tyias Browning (both Sunderland), Antonee Robinson, Harry Charsley (both Barnsley) and Callum Connolly (Ipswich Town) to Championship clubs this season.
Boris Mathis (Northampton Town) and Louis Gray (Carlisle United) are also in the Football League, with Ademola Lookman (RB Leipzig), Sandro Ramirez (Sevilla), Kevin Mirallas (Olympiacos) and Sam Byrne (Dundalk) scattered around Europe.
