Should Ademola Lookman start for Everton against Liverpool at Anfield in the Merseyside derby at the weekend?
Kevin Campbell has suggested on social networking site Twitter that Ademola Lookman has made a claim to start for Everton against Liverpool this weekend.
The former Everton striker made the claim following Lookman’s double against Ademola Lookman away from home in the Europa League Group E on Thursday evening.
The 20-year-old, who can operate as a forward or as a winger, started the match and scored twice, first in the 21st minute and then on 28 minutes.
Campbell was following the match on Thursday, and the former Everton striker believes that the youngster has made a claim to start for the Toffees against Liverpool in the Premier League this weekend.
The Toffees will take on the Reds away from home in the Merseyside derby on Sunday afternoon.
Lookman is a very talented and promising young attacking player, but it is hard to see Everton manager Sam Allardyce including the England Under-21 international in his starting lineup against Liverpool on Sunday afternoon.
The youngster joined Everton from Charlton Athletic in January 2017 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £11 million.
