Kevin Campbell has said on Sky Sports News (2:06pm, November 6, 2022) that Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was “anonymous” against Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
However, the former Arsenal striker believes that Aubameyang struggled against the Gunners due to lack of service from his Chelsea teammates.
Arsenal got the better of Chelsea 1-0 in the London derby today.
Brazilian defender Gabriel scored the only goal of the match in the 63rd minute.
Aubameyang started for Chelsea against his former club Arsenal.
The striker left Arsenal in the middle of last season after his contract was terminated.
The Gabonese star moved to Barcelona on a free transfer and returned to England in the summer of 2022, putting pen to paper on a contract with Arsenal’s London and Premier League rivals Chelsea.

Much was expected of the striker against his former club and prove Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta wrong today.
However, Aubameyang could do nothing of note at Stamford Bridge and was taken off in the 64th minute.
