Everton have brought in Andre Gomes on loan from Barcelona, and the midfielder has impressed for Marco Silva’s men.

Kevin Campbell has suggested that Everton need to sign Andre Gomes, whatever the cost.
Gomes has made a brilliant start to life at Goodison Park, after being brought in by Marcel Brands in the summer.
The Portuguese midfielder missed the first few weeks of the season through injury, but he has been eased into Everton’s starting line-up now.
Gomes has taken no time to settle, and is already playing a key role in Marco Silva’s starting line-up.
Gomes has arguably been Everton’s best player in their last two matches, and his display at Anfield was highly impressive.
The problem for Everton is that he is only on loan from Barcelona, which means that they may face a battle to get him on a permanent transfer.
But former Toffees striker, Campbell, insists that his old side should be making the deal a permanent one.
Everton are currently in sixth place in the Premier League table, with their next match coming against Newcastle United tomorrow.
