Martin Keown has said on BBC Two (5:14pm, May 23, 2021) that Aston Villa star Bertrand Traore was “a real pain” against Chelsea today.
Villa have got the better of Chelsea 2-1 at Villa Park to end their Premier League campaign on a positive note.
Traore, who can play as a forward or as an attacking midfielder, was involved in the goals that the Villans scored.
The 25-year-old scored the opening goal in the 43rd minute, and earned the penalty in the opening minutes of the second half, which the Villans successfully converted.
Former Arsenal and Villa central defender Keown believes that Traore was a problem for Chelsea today.
Keown said on BBC Two (5:14pm, May 23, 2021): “Traore has been a real pain, hasn’t he, for the Chelsea players?”
Traore is a very good stacking player who has been used mainly as a right-side forward/winger this season.

The attacker has scored seven goals and provided six assists in the Premier League this season.
The Burkina Faso international is quick, has skills, scores goals and creates chances for his teammates.
The attacker has done well for Villa this season following his move from Lyon last summer.
Villa did have a decent season, and one of the reasons was the performances of Traore, who will hope to do even better in 2021-22.
