Tottenham Hotspur have enjoyed a superb campaign, much to the annoyance of their Arsenal counterparts.

Former Arsenal defender Martin Keown has been speaking to the Daily Mail about which Gunners players he feels would get into the current Tottenham Hotspur side.
Mauricio Pochettino’s men got the better of Arsenal last weekend and will finish above their fierce rivals as a consequence, and with doubts remaining over the future of Arsene Wenger it could be a very interesting time in North London.
Writing in his weekly column about the prospect of merging the two sides’ best players, Keown said, “Not many at the moment. Obviously Alexis Sanchez – with the right mind set – would get into the team.
“Laurent Koscielny is another I would play and, with Danny Rose injured, Nacho Monreal would get in at left-back ahead of Ben Davies. But beyond that, there are not too many other contenders.”

Tottenham fans will be quick to acknowledge just how impressive their squad has been this season, but they may double-take when they see Keown’s comments about Koscielny.
After all, Spurs have arguably the best centre-back pairing in the league in the form of Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld, so where the Frenchman would play is up for debate.
Pochettino has built a superb side that still has an outside chance of winning the league this year, and whoever is in charge at the Emirates Stadium next season will have a tough job matching them.
