Kenny Sansom has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to speculation that Frank de Boer could become the new Crystal Palace manager.
According to The Times, Premier League club Palace have offered De Boer the managerial job at Selhurst Park.
The Eagles are without a manager at the moment following the departure of Sam Allardyce last month.
“De Boer has met Parish on one occasion and the Palace chairman believes he has persuaded him to become the club’s sixth permanent manager in the space of four years,” states the report in The Times.
“The 47-year-old has been offered a three-year contract on a salary of £2.5 million, with further bonuses dependent on the team’s performance under him.”
Former Palace defender Sansom has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to speculation linking De Boer with the Eagles.

De Boer’s spell as the Inter Milan manager did not go according to plan, but the former Barcelona star showed his quality as a coach at Ajax.
The 47-year-old’s playing style would be very endearing to the Palace fans, who will hope to have a strong 2017-18 campaign.
The London club narrowly avoided relegation to the Championship at the end of the 2016-17 season. Palace will be hoping to push for a top-10 finish in the Premier League next season.
