Celtic defender Kieran Tierney was in action against Rosenborg at Celtic Park in the Europa League on Thursday.

Scotland international striker Leigh Griffiths’s goal in the 87th minute proved to be the difference between the two sides in the Group B match.
Former Celtic and Rangers striker Miller – now at Dundee – was following the match, and he spoke highly of Tierney after the match.
“The man of the match for me, absolutely, was Kieran Tierney,” Miller said about Tierney on BT Sport 3 on Thursday evening (10:12pm, September 20, 2018).
Miller added: “He was, for me, head and shoulders above anyone else on the park, Kieran Tierney.”

Brilliant performance
Celtic were not exactly great at Rosenborg, but the Celtic Park faithful cannot fault Tierney.
The 21-year-old left-back was a force going forward and created chances for his Celtic teammates.
The Scotland international is one of the best young left-backs in Europe, and the 21-year-old once again demonstrated his talent and quality with a superb performance against Rosenborg in the Europa League on Thursday evening.
