Ibrox outfit Glasgow Rangers are looking for a new manager following the departure of Mark Warburton.

Rangers striker Kenny Miller has suggested to The Scottish Sun that the club should not make wholesale changes to the squad.
The current Rangers squad is struggling to keep up with Old Firm rivals Celtic and could well end up third or fourth in the Scottish Premiership table.
The Ibrox outfit are also looking for a new manager at the moment due to the departure of Mark Warburton earlier this month.
Miller, who is 37 years of age and is in his third spell at Ibrox, has suggested that Rangers should resist the temptation to make a lot of changes to the current squad in the summer transfer window.
“It’s probably not my place to say, but what I can say is that a major overhaul is NEVER a recipe for success,” Miller told The Scottish Sun.
“There is no way you can keep turning over eight, nine, ten players every summer and expect to be successful.
“You just need to look at successful teams. It is two, three, four or five at a push, and integrating them into an already existing and decent squad.”
Miller does make a very valid point. Rangers do need to sign players in the summer transfer window, but they do not need to recruit an entire new team.
The club should trust the new manager to make recruitment decisions. The new boss should be given time to assess the squad he will be inherit, and Rangers should then take it from there.
