Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers are yet to appoint a permanent manager.

Rangers were hoping for a hat-trick of wins for the first time in 2017 but a shock 2-0 defeat against Hamilton put them on the back foot.
Caretaker boss Graeme Murty had taken six points from two matches, but following the defeat, it has sparked renewed demands for the club to sort out the managerial problem.
According to club hero Kenny Miller, the wait for a new manager will not have any effect on the Rangers players.

According to reports from the Daily Record (printed edition; 20th November – page 51), Rangers were hoping to put up a shortlist after the end of this week, but their search could be complicated by the upcoming double header against Aberdeen.
Rangers striker Miller claims that whether a new manager comes in or not the players should be doing their job on the pitch. He believes that Rangers performed reasonably well against Hamilton, but they didn’t take their chances.
The veteran striker has praised Murty, saying he has done a “great” job, and has urged his fellow teammates to not let the manager down.
Rangers are fourth in the Scottish Premier League table, one point behind Hamilton, although they have played a game less.

“To be honest, whether there’s a new manager in place or not, it hasn’t affected the lads,” said Miller, as quoted by the National. “We had a good week in training and we knew if we performed well, we would win the game. I think we performed reasonably well, but you can’t afford to miss the chances we missed and expect to win games.
“Murts has come in and done a great job, like he did the last time, and the lads respond to what he wants done. Training has been bright and there has been a lift since he came in. Whether he is second favourite, favourite, 10th favourite doesn’t really matter. We have let ourselves down with the result. We are all in it together.”
