Celtic won 2-1 against Rangers at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership last weekend.
After the Old Firm derby, Celtic star Brown celebrated in front of the Rangers, which did not please Rangers midfielder Andy Halliday, who was subsequently sent off his reaction.
Former Celtic and Rangers striker Miller, who is now on the books of Dundee, has criticised Brown for not showing class.
The 39-year-old Scotsman has also said that Halliday should not have reacted to Brown’s celebration.
The Scottish Sun quotes Miller as saying: “For me, Andy Halliday should be bigger, walk away and not get involved. But Scott should be bigger as well, as the Celtic captain.
“Show a bit of class. You’ve won the game, you are going to win another title and you are on for a Treble.
“You don’t need to do that. You are the Celtic captain and you were the captain of the national team.”
Title race
Celtic have pretty much won the Scottish Premiership title this season – their eighth in a row.
The Glasgow giants are at the top of the league table at the moment with 77 points from 33 matches, as many as 14 points clear of second-placed and bitter Old Firm rivals Rangers, who have played 32 games.
