Despite having just turned 39, the former Glasgow Rangers and Celtic striker is one of Dundee’s key players, having already scored eight goals this term.

Kenny Miller has been tipped to carry on playing professional football into his forties, according to Dundee teammate Adil Nabi.
The veteran striker, who has racked up up 637 career appearances across five different countries, according to Sky Sports, celebrated his 39th birthday just before Christmas.
Despite his advancing years, Miller remains prolific in front of goal, having netted seven times in 16 Scottish Premiership appearances this season, plus once in the Scottish League Cup (Transfermarkt).
As well as Dundee, the retired Scotland international has played for several clubs in his home nation, most famously having three spells at Rangers and one at rivals Celtic.
Miller also turned his hand at management earlier this year with a brief stint as Livingston player-manager, though he left the role – as per an official club statement – as he felt he wanted to continue as a player.
Speaking to Sky Sports News, Nabi said he believes Miller can go on to become a top-class coach but feels his teammate still has lots to give on the pitch.

“I think he’s still got a good few years left of playing in him to be honest,” he said. “When you see him in training on a day-to-day basis he shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
“He will no doubt be a top manager but at the minute he is as fit as anything so I think he’ll carry on playing for quite a while to be honest.”
Despite Miller’s impressive form, Dundee currently sit bottom of the Scottish Premiership table on nine points and will hope to curb a three-match losing run when they face Livingston on Boxing Day.
