Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic will face Anderlecht at Celtic Park in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Scottish Premiership club Celtic will take on Belgian side Anderlecht at Celtic Park in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.
Brendan Rodgers’s side are third in the Group B table at the moment with three points from five matches, while Anderlecht have yet to pick up a point.
The Glasgow giants will book their place in the round-of-32 stage of the Europa League if they avoid a three-goal defeat at the hands of Anderlecht at Celtic Park.
Celtic legend Kenny Dalglish believes that the Hoops will win against Anderlecht.

“I would never take anything for granted, but I do fancy Celtic to win the game,” Dalglish wrote in The Sunday Post.
“They have improved in Europe this season. Sure, some will point out they lost 5-0 and 7-1 to PSG, and I accept that is far from ideal.
“However, the French champions are operating on a different level to their Scottish counterparts, and that’s why such results do happen.
“So, I’m going for a positive result for Celtic, and then we will see what the draw for the last 32 in the Europa League brings them.”

Celtic won with ease against Anderlecht in Belgium, and they will head into the match on Tuesday evening high on confidence.
Given the form that the Bhoys are in and the fact that they will have home advantage, it is hard to see them lose.
An early goal for Anderlecht could make things tricky for Celtic, but they do have the quality to stage a successful comeback.
