Sir Kenny Dalglish has sent a message to Liverpool on Twitter amid speculation that the European Super League is about to collapse.

Liverpool have joined the European Super League and are one of the Founding Clubs of the breakaway group.

Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Real Madrid are also among the 12 clubs who have decided to form this group.

However, reports this evening suggest that the European Super League is on the verge of collapse.

According to BBC Sport, Manchester City have withdrawn from the European Super League and Chelsea are preparing to do so as well.

Liverpool legend Dalglish have urged the club’s owners, the Fenway Sports Group (FSG), to pull the Reds out of the ESL.

With City and Chelsea reportedly set to pull out of the European Super League, it is likely that the entire project will collapse.

It is becoming a dramatic night, and one should not be surprised if by tomorrow morning, the entire project is officially disbanded.

The European Super League has been very controversial and has been widely criticised, and it seems that it will end soon.
