Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers signed Jordan Rossiter from Liverpool last summer.
Kenny Dalglish has told the Daily Record that he does not believe Jordan Rossiter will be happy with his start at Glasgow Rangers, as he has barely played for the Ibrox side.
Rossiter was brought to Rangers from Liverpool last summer, but injury has thwarted the youngster’s progress.
Rossiter has made just four starts for Rangers so far, and Dalglish believes that the 19-year-old will be frustrated with being on the sidelines for so long.
“Jordan played for Liverpool’s first team a couple of times – in fact Brendan Rodgers gave him a game. The wee man is more than acceptable but if someone is on the treatment table then you and I are as good as him,” Liverpool legend Dalglish said.
“Somehow the wee man’s got to get himself fit and back on that pitch. He won’t be too happy because he wants to play.”
There was great excitement when Rossiter was brought to Rangers from Liverpool, as he came with a great reputation.
However, the England youth international is yet to have a chance to showcase his talents at Ibrox.
Rossiter is one of a number of Rangers’ summer recruits, who haven’t had the start they desired at the Glasgow club.
Rangers are currently in second place in the Scottish Premiership table, with their next match coming against Hearts on Saturday.
