Leeds United won against Queens Park Rangers in the Championship at the weekend.

Leeds United returned to winning ways at the weekend, as they got the better of Queens Park Rangers 3-1 away from home at Loftus Road in London in the Championship.
After a goalless first half, Kemar Roofe put Leeds in the lead on 63 minutes, and added the second just five minutes later.
QPR halved the deficit through Pawel Wszolek on 90 minutes, but Roofe completed his hat-trick just minutes later.

It would have been a much more comfortable win for Thomas Christiansen’s side on Saturday afternoon had they not conceded the late goal.
It was 27-year-old goalkeeper Felix Wiedwald’s mistake that led to QPR scoring in the 90th minute, but 24-year-old attacker Roofe, who can operate as a winger or as a striker, has not blamed the summer signing, who has made a number of mistakes in goal so far this season.

When asked how he felt after Wiedwald’s error, Roofe told The Yorkshire Post: “We’re in it as a team and we still won the game.”
The win against QPR means that Leeds are now seventh in the Championship table with 33 points from 21 matches.
The Whites are just four points behind sixth-placed Sheffield United and are very much in the race for the playoffs.
