Leeds United have been shaky when defending set-pieces this season.

Leeds ace Kemar Roofe sat down for an exclusive interview with the Yorkshire Post, and shared what he and his teammates have been working on during training this week.
The Whites have made a bright start under the guidance of Marcelo Bielsa, but they have been particularly susceptible when defending set pieces – something that must improve if they are to mount a genuine challenge for promotion this season.
Next up for Leeds is a trip to Wigan Athletic on Sunday, and Paul Cook’s men will undoubtedly look to exploit Bielsa’s side’s weakness in the air.
Roofe, though, told the Yorkshire Post how he and his teammates have been working on their defending of set plays in training this week:

“We have been conceding a bit too many from set pieces. It seems like a recurring thing so it is something we need to work on. That is what we are doing this week. We are going to work on our weaknesses. Hopefully, we can do that and then show that (improvement) against Wigan.”
The 25-year-old forward has been in fine form himself so far this season, racking up six goals and two assists in nine Championship outings thus far, but all his good work will count for nothing, if Leeds do not improve at the back.
